A last or only entry in the package list for the plan contained asterisk (*) the 'collection-id ' which requires the 'CURRENT PACKAGESET' special register to be set to a nonblank 'collection-id' in order to form a qualified package name. System action: The statement cannot be executed. Programmer response: Set the 'CURRENT PACKAGESET' special register to the desired 'collection-id' or have your system administrator check the planÂ’s package list for correctness.
